    We are human being and we need motivation for our daily life. To feel positive is important for our physical and mental health. If we stay happy in our day to day life, success will surely come. Staying negative will never help to achieve success and it breaks you into parts from inside. Daily stress and maintaining relationships are hard and it makes us negative. Attitude is a thing which makes us different from others. You never know what will happen in your life and what is happening is quite normal. Here are some habits which can make your happy and give positive energy.

    Exercise:

    Exercise will heal all your negativity and boost your mental health. Regular exercise will make you stronger and help you to get rid of emotional turmoil. You get fresh oxygen if your work out daily in the outdoors. For starters, the basics like jogging, walking, bike ride, swimming playing outdoors will be fine.     Reduce negativity:

    This is perhaps the first and the most important step of being happy in your own life. But it is not as easy as one can say. Negativity comes in our life and mind due to various causes. It might be a TV show, regular news, movies, road accidents, stress at workplace etc. but you know what? Life goes on and on its pace. The very easy step to avoid this negativity is that you have to take a break from this. If you will try at least one thing in a day, this negativity will reduce.     Give unconditionally:

    When you give something to another person, do not expect anything in exchange of that, but it is perhaps the hardest things to feel. Try to help people on a daily basis; within few days you can notice the dramatic changes in your life.

    Talk to strangers:

    We do not easily trust people and that is why we do not generally talk to strangers. Talking with the people around your workplace or in your area improves your mental health. Talking to strangers will help you to improve moods.
